This is all levels, these flowing sequences improve flexibility, mental clarity, and prepare you for daily movement. This gently lengthens muscles and lubricates stiff joints. Helping improve posture while straightening the spine and releasing built-up tension in the neck, back, and shoulders. This practice stimulates blood flow to the brain and releases endorphins to combat sluggishness.

Yoga

Hatha yoga is a foundational branch of yoga that uses physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to balance the body and mind. The word "hatha" translates to "force" or "sun and moon," symbolizing the union of opposites. It is known for its slower, alignment-focused, and deliberate pace.
